Tate Kids: Charlie Philips
Tate Kids is a dedicated website from Tate to showcase artists from women, people of colour and LBGTQ+ artists and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Don Dada was delighted to be commissioned to create a short film based on Jamaican born British photographer Charlie Philips.
Voiced by Charlie Philips himself, this film journeys through his life, being part of the Windrush Generation, facing the obstacles moving to the UK and how to channeled his creativity through photography.
